Watch as Hassan prepares and cooks the dishes from scratch, after each course demonstration you are served with a dish of what Hassan was demonstrating how to cook.
A chance to experience exotic Moroccan cuisine with selected wines to accompany each course and finishing with a traditional Mint Tea Ceremony.
The class is also an opportunity to ask Hassan any questions you have about cooking Moroccan.

Layers of eggplant with marinated capsicum, fetta and olives.
Fish Tajine
Tasty fish Tajine adorned with our famous spicy tomato charmoula, preserved
lemon and Moroccan Spices.
Saffron Pears with Pomegranate Sauce
Mint Tea Ceremony
In addition to the above recipes Hassan will demonstrate how to make preserved lemon.
