CLASSIC SUPERFOODS AND SPICES

The class includes demonstration of each of the 3 courses, including carefully selected wines to accompany each course and finishing with a traditional Mint Tea Ceremony.

In this special class Hassan will highlight the use of certain superfoods and spices traditional to Moroccan cuisine.
